How Often Do You Train?
Welcome back guys. Im gonna be going over the topic of how often do you train? For me I have changed my workouts to 6 days a week. It's a lot of volume but it works for me. Now for others? It really depends. It depends if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. What your goals are (strength, hypertrophy, both? crossfit). and how much your body can take and how much rest it needs. Yes going to the gym 7 days a week is not good. You need to give your body rest and for it to recover.

Managing School, Friends & Family, Gym, Dieting?
Hello guys and welcome back again! Today I just wanna talk about managing time. You always hear about people spending more time in the gym and to their nutrition and having that as a priority than to school, friends and family. Solution? Everything is in moderation. I know some things can be more important to some than others but you should be able to know that fitness and nutrition should not take over your lives. I know that getting fit and being healthy and losing that weight is what some people want. They want results fast, they have to be active or have their nutrition on point. But you're being so restrictive to yourself and not enjoying life. I've been there too. I thought if I do a little bit of something wrong then I need to start over. That's not the case. Put everything in moderation. I always put school and my friends and family first over fitness. Fitness is pretty much a big hobby but it's not something that should take over your life. Again I've been there and my nutrition had to be on point and I couldn't go out and eat or I won't lose weight. But thats where macros come in. Yes there is a certain number you have to hit depending on you goal. I'll go with when your dieting, you're a little bit more restrictive but yes you can still enjoy going out to dinner with your friends or family but just have to be conscious on what you are eating so you don't go over. Everything is in moderation guys, You should not restrict yourself to the point of you can't do anything or spend time with people. Sorry this was a little ramble and it was all over the place lol. But I hope you liked it!
Nutrition. What Are Macros?
Hi guys, welcome back to my blog. Today I'm gonna talk about nutrition. If you have read my first blog, you will know I tell you about how I got into working out and I didn't really know what I was doing then. About 2-3 years later I know more than I did. I would always hear about dieting or bulking. I knew then I was kinda the skinny fat kid and didn't know about nutrition. I believed that "carbs are bad for you" "you should be doing a lot of cardio" blah blah blah. I was heavily restricted on what I ate, I pretty much did cardio very day and I was miserable. Then I thought, why not hire Christian (in my last blog) and get some knowledge from. So I did and pretty much read from a meal plan that was not as restrictive but still eating food that were on there and this time I was "bulking" and I kinda ate whatever he told me to. He also had another option on his website that was called Macro Coaching. I had no idea what that was. I looked up countless videos and even his videos to get an idea of what that was. So I did that instead and some how ( I can't remember) learned how to count macros. Ever since then I haven't gone back. Always count your macros.
What are macros? Macros is short for macronutrients. Macronutrients are your carbs, fats, and protein. So you are basically counting those in your daily caloric intake. Depending on you, everybody's macros are different. For example numbers like 60g fat, 275 carbs, and 180 protein. You hit those daily numbers by counting what you've eaten, looking at the nutrition labels on your foods, weighing them out, and recording them (using MyFitnessPal helps a lot). Also depending if you are dieting or bulking those numbers will go up or down. This follows the concept of IIFYM (If It Fits You Macros) or Flexible Dieting. I can go into this way more depth if you guys want but right now I will just keep it simple. Thanks for reading!

How I Got Into Fitness
Hi guys! My name is Hanmin Paek and welcome to my blog. Today I'm gonna talk to you guys about how I got into fitness. Fitness wasn't really something that I thought I'd be doing. Growing up I was pretty much a lazy boy. Watching TV, playing video games or being on the computer. I wasn't that active unless friends asked me to come out and play. Forwarding a few years forward, I think it was the end of junior year of high school I randomly clicked on a YouTube video by someone named Christian Guzman. Maybe some of you have heard of who he is? But he is an online personal trainer, fitness model, sponsored athlete and fitness YouTuber. Something about his video had me watching all of his other videos for hours and turned this switch on that fitness, the way he was doing it looked fun. After getting that motivation I joined a gym, after trying to persuade my parents to get me one and I just started working out. I had no idea what I was doing at the time but I was learning. I'll leave it at that and will continue this story later on!
